Notes for Leah

Leah, I wish I had gotten to know you better while I was at King’s, but despite our short overlap, your joy and purpose was so evident. The HOT is better because of you, and I hope you feel all the love and support as you embark on your next adventure!

Reffing (and secretly cheering for) Truth’s flag football games at Fall Picnic makes my top three moments of the year. Haha. Congrats Leah!

Thank you for making my time at King’s some of the best I’ve ever had! You are a true friend and sister. I love you dearly Leah! Congrats!

The Lord’s light shines so brightly through you! May God grant you with continued blessings and close relationships with those around you! I know how much you’ll miss your profs, but God has more for you! I’m amazed by you and blessed to be your Mama.

I’m so grateful for the time I had as your roommate and classmate! You are a model student and a blessing to your House 🙂 Looking forward to all the great things you’re going to do and cheering you along all the way!!

Congratulations, Leah! So excited for you and this next season. Happy Graduation!! 🙂

My dear Leah, I am so glad that we became friends this year! I have so much love and respect for you, and I truly don’t know how we could have gotten through this year without you.
You are incredible and it has been my joy and pleasure to know you. Can’t wait for our team reunion in the fall. xo

You are such an amazing, intelligent, kindhearted, and all around beautiful human being! Thank you for being such a light this semester. I really enjoyed getting to know you and wish you only the best!

Leah!! Your humility and kindness astound me! So glad that I got to know you a little by playing soccer! Congrats!!

Leah, thank you for all you did for not only the House of Truth and the soccer team but for King’s as a whole. Your love for God and others is so evident and I am forever grateful for your companionship and will miss seeing your lovely face around school! I’ll see you at the next Truthie alum event!!

Leah, thank you for all you did this year!! Congratulations on graduating! I can’t wait to see where you go next!

What great tributes to my daughter. They are so well deserved and we are so proud of you! It is so exciting to see your successes and how God is working through you. We look forward to seeing all in store that God has as He works through your life. We love you dearly!

Leah! Thankful to share PBI conundrums but also excitement over OT covenants with you! I hope we find out what’s wrong in 1st Sam 16.
Congrats on your hard work!

Sweet Leah! You are truly a blessing. I will always be thankful for you as my Scholar, fellow Truthie, and friend. I cannot wait to see how you change the world! Thank you for everything you have done for the school and Truth. I love you always.

I am so grateful to have had this time with you, as short as it may be, and truly get to know you. I can say you’re hardworking and dedicated and I know that’ll get you so far. The lord has so many plans for you. It’s a bittersweet moment, but I hope to see you back in the city very soon. Thank you for exuding grace & truth. All love.

I am so glad we got to work for Dr. Brand together, even if it was just for a short time! I think you are smart, dependable, and strong, and I know those qualities will take you far in life!

Leah!! I loved getting to know you more through soccer this year. I will always love our little brunch date after practice – I had the best time chatting about life with you. So excited to see where life takes you, sweet girl!

It was so wonderful to know you. You are so intelligent, compassionate, and wise beyond your years. You exude grace and truth like no one else I know. I wish that we had more time together at King’s. But I am beyond thankful for the year I did get to know you. I’m so proud of what you’ve done as Scholar for Truth and FA for Dr. Brand. You’re also the best editor I know and I will never forget that long day of editing our film critique.

From the House Exec team to Brand’s classrooms to the football field, you were a leader and a good role model to the girls in the House of Truth. Thanks for being awesome, and best of luck post-King’s!
