Notes for Maria

Masha! Congratulations!! I’m excited for you–welcome to the alumni family! ๐Ÿ™‚ Happy Graduation!

The best BIG ever. I have so much love for you. I can’t wait to see what you do post-grad!

Sweet Masha! I am so sad that the virus cut the semester short right when we were starting to get to know one another better. I hope there are more Bachelor nights in our future and that you will come back to visit often! I am excited to see what is in store for you in this new season of life and I will always be here if you need me. Here’s to so much joy ahead!

MASHA!!!!!!!!!!

I’m so proud of you for finishing King’s strong!! I’m so glad for your friendship, and so glad that we met at King’s. You are driven, diligent, and unafraid, and you have always impressed me with your commitment to the capital-T Truth. Cannot wait to see where you end up from here – I know it will be somewhere amazing. Thank you for being the person you are. <3 <3

Mahsa, you’re so great, and I really enjoyed getting to know you during our time at King’s together.

Who knew a missed flight to Russia would kick off such an awesome friendship??

Masha, you were always so kind to me and took the time to study with me and everything when you first got to King’s. I’m so glad I got to meet you and to be one of your Barton sisters!

Masha!!!! Remember that time I found out you were Eastern Orthodox and it made my whole week. I’m so glad we were able to meet each other during college and to always know I had someone to talk to and make me laugh. I so appreciate you and your friendship.

So pumped for where you go next!!

MASHA
I’m so glad to have met you through Marisa and Bailey! You’re a freakin’ genius and one of the sweetest girls I know. Sitting next to you in class made that class so much better. Let’s all go to Ulysses soon ๐Ÿ™‚

So My Dearest Mashinka!

Congratulations! College Graduate! What a phenomenal journey!

I am so proud of the achievements you have attained in your academics, the jobs you have held, and the adventures you have gone on. In my mind โ€“ I remember that multi-colored boa scarf that you wore to elementary school one day โ€“ what powerful energy, smile and joy you emanated. May you move ahead in the next chapter of your life with the same radiance, happiness and joy โ€“ but now with the intelligence and knowledge of a college graduate! May God Protect and Guide you always!

Love and Hugs! Mama

My Masha, oh how thankful I am for your friendship! You are the most encouraging and loving soul. I cannot wait for more wine and watercolor nights in the future! All my love!
