Notes for Michael

Mike, you are incredible. What else can I say? You bring so much energy and passion to everything and your love for Christ is infectious. I am so grateful to have had you in the House of Lewis–we are better men because of you. Congratulations on graduating!

Juicy Mike! I have loved every conversation I’ve ever had with you. I cannot say that about many people. So let’s not ever talk again and just leave it on a high note šŸ˜‰

I have loved being surprised over and over at how wise and thoughtful a young muscle-head from Jersey could be. Don’t forget to invest all your love and wisdom into the other men around you, it’s too good to hoard.

Looking forward to seeing God’s plans unfold in your life, even if they surprise you!

Congratulations, Mike! Now that you are graduating there is a standing offer for a coaching position on my staff. You are a good man, Mike. Keep bringing energy and passion to everything you do. May God bless you, brother!

Truly, you are one of my closest friends and day ones. Youā€™ve showed me tremendous love and kindness over the past four years. Most importantly, never stop sweat-checking me <33

Mikey! I am grateful for your jokes, friendship, and good memories over the past four years! Since preseason freshman year, you’ve always been one of my favorite faces around the hallways and I’ll miss your positivity and fun spirit! I can’t wait to see all the cool things you do in the future!

Mike, you’re such a great, cool, genuine, loving guy! You always made my day when I’d run into you in the hallway or somewhere on campus (or at the gym). I’m so grateful to have gotten to know you these four years, and I’m so excited to see what God has planned for you. Let’s stay connected!

You’re one of the most hilarious, down to earth and genuine person I know. Congratulations Mike, grateful we were in so many classes together. Thanks for the laughs, the future is bright šŸ™‚

Mike Forcella no one makes me smile as big as you do! You are sunshine personified and have been such a wonderful, encouraging friend through all four years. I’m so glad that we became friends freshman year, and that we get to graduate together. Can’t wait to see you soon <3

ā€œApe together strong.ā€

Mike, one of the most inspiring speeches Iā€™ve ever heard in my life is something that you said off-the-cuff at Fall Retreat, I think our junior year. You taught me that life is a big hill, ā€œand if you arenā€™t running up that hill towards God, youā€™re falling down the hill away from Him. It really is only one of the other.ā€ That has ALWAYS stuck with me, and always will stick with me. You have a real talent for inspiring those around you, and you always use that talent for good. You are a true servant of God. I wish you well in your future endeavors, and I hope to hear from you post-Kingā€™s.

Thank you for being such a cool dude.

Eddie VanZandt

You beautiful man! King’s did not know what hit them when you came in from Jersey, nor was anyone ready! But I will forever be grateful for the friendship and bond that we created over the years, especially since we both played striker and absolutely DOMINATED that one year! Excited to see what the future holds cause I know it will be bright of you!

Mike, congratulations!!! I’m so glad you were in my PBI class last fall – I always admired your academic curiosity, great answers, and amazing sense of humor. Blessings on everything to come!

Mike,
Congratulations on graduating, the future is going to be so bright and exciting for you. Obviously, Iā€™m a little biased but I just think youā€™re the best!! Watching you on the various TKC sports teams, with your House and with your friends has been the greatest joy. You radiate Godā€™s love to everyone you encounter and your kindness is contagious. You liven up every room with your infectious laugh and smile! I am so grateful to Kingā€™s for bringing us together. It would be an understatement to say Kingā€™s will not be the same without you! I love you and congratulations!!

Scooter, you have filled my life with so much joy and football. I will be forever grateful for your rushing ability and speed. Let’s run it back next season against Thanos.

Mike!!
I cannot even begin to say how proud of you I am and how grateful I am to know you. You are the most effortlessly funny and upbeat person I know, and never fail to inspire me with your wisdom, your talent, and your unwavering joy. You bring so much light to the lives of everyone around you and it makes me so sad that I wonā€™t see you around campus next year. But, I am way more excited to watch you take on the real world, because I know you are going to absolutely crush it! So much love for you buddy! :ā€™-)

Mike,

Congratulations! I wish you the absolute best going forward. Stay the course! Keep bringing that tenacity you have for life to whatever you decide to do in life. I’m certain we will be crossing paths again. Knowing the respect my two guys have for you, we will see one another again.

God bless you
